Milky oats are the young, green seed tops of the oat plant (Avena sativa), harvested during a short window when the seeds release a milky sap. Because the plant is at its most potent when fresh, we tincture it soon after harvest to capture that sap.

  • Shake well before use.

    Take 1 dropperful (1 mL), 1-3 times daily or as needed.

  • Fresh plant extraction at a 1:2 ratio
